Getting this error on every time "We can’t reach this customer. Please verify the email address with your customer or use a different email"

I can provide more details on fixing this issue in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

An outdated browser could be the reason you're getting this error. I'd like to know if you've tried using an incognito browser when sending a sales form to your customer? It will eliminate any data issues in the cache. If you haven't tried that yet, you can follow the steps below:

1. Open an incognito browser. These are the shortcut keys:
   • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
   • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
   • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
   • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
2. If you can successfully send the form, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. However, if it still doesn't work, use another browser and send it again.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to do a screen share session and document the issue to escalate this if needed.
