Thank you for dropping by the Community today, ritu-doshi-hnrte.

It’s my priority that you run the GSTR 2A report and then upload it to the GST portal seamlessly. Let’s run some basic troubleshooting steps to move past the error.

There are times when piled-up data can cause unusual responses. To start, access QuickBooks Online (QBO) via a private window or incognito mode to test if the stored files in your browser is causing the error.

Here are the shortcut keys for each browser:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If you can open the report and send it to the GST site via private browsing, switch back to your regular browser to clear the cache, and enhances its overall performance. If the issue persists, utilize a supported browser to check if the one you’re previously using is damaged.

For additional resources, see the following article: GST reports in QuickBooks. It discusses what information is included in each statement.

Additionally, these articles contain instructions on how to submit the tax return and find the one you’ve exported:

Don’t hesitate to touch base with me here if you need any additional assistance while working in QBO or other product-related concerns. I’m here to help ensure you’re taken care of.
