Guys i am new to quickbooks online, have a company backup file in quickbooks pro 2016 and need to open company ( restore) in quickbooks online plus edition ? process pls

i am not able to access the back up file which is on my pc, how can i bring that data in quickbooks online

it is in dubai UAE

this was with another person who has a quickbooks pro 2016 and he has given me the backup file

i am not able to bring the data in quickbooks online plus

 

please can someone help how i do it

You can purchase a 3rd party service to convert data from QB Desktop to QB Online AE version. You can contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA for assistance.

Currently, QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) in the International region is being discontinued. Consequently, there is no direct option to transfer your company file from QBDT to QBO. As a workaround, you can explore third-party apps. There are several Intuit-approved apps that can convert your data into QBO.
