Hello All,We have taken a subscription on apple and we would like to upgrade our package, but since we are using apple we are not seeing the window, please help

I'm glad to know that you're upgrading your subscription! This means your business has grown and needs additional features to make your work easier. However, I will let you contact the Apple Support team about the upgrade since your QBO is under Apple billing.

 

If you're on Simple Start and haven't decided which next plan to choose, check out the steps below to see the additional features you will get when you upgrade.

 

  1. Follow this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
  2. Select your region and choose your country.
  3. Scroll down to the There’s a QuickBooks for every business section to see the list of features. You can find more details by clicking each of them.
