Yes, I can help you add a new user to your QBO company. Simply send them an invitation using the steps below. Then, they'll receive a link to accept the invitation. When they click on it, they'll be shown on-screen instructions to create an Intuit account.

  1. Select Settings ⚙, then Manage users
  2. Select Add user.
  3. Select the user type you want to create.
  4. Enter your new user’s name and email address, then select Save.
