Hello, I cancelled my subscription in April 2020 but I am still charged 29 EUR per month. I've paid hundreds and think I am eligible for refund. I can't reach Support.

As much as I would love to get this handled directly, pulling up and getting your billing information requires some of your personal data, which I am unable to do in this public forum.

 

To ensure that this issue is properly taken care of, I'd suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Online Support.  All accounts related concerns need to be directed to our phone support for security purposes and hopefully, process the refund on your behalf

 

 

Additionally, I recommend visiting this link: Account Management. These will provide links about managing your QBO account, income, expenses, inventory, and running reports.
