Hello! I cancelled this suscrption months ago and I have several charges to my credit card for 40.00 I have sent messages regarding this matter and nothing happens

If you already canceled your QuickBooks Online account and are still being charged for 40.00 on your credit card, I'd suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Online Support.

 

All account-related concerns are directed to our phone support for security purposes. Agents have the necessary tools to look into your account and verify what is the charge all about. 

 

Here's how to contact us:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. 
  4. Click Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Select Chat with us with a support expert.
