Hello. I have a thermal printer Model SNG-5890, 58mm. The idea is to give a ticket to customer in each sale, but i can't run the printer. Can you help me to configure?

I install the printer in the PC, so i can print test page, but the printer don't work with intuit, i can't print tickets

Just to be sure, are you referring to the sales receipt when you say "ticket for each sale"? Any information can help me find a solution to your problem.

 

Any printer will work as long as it is connected to the device from which you are accessing QuickBooks Online. After installing the printer, please restart your computer or device so that the system can detect the new hardware. 

 

Let's perform a few troubleshooting procedures below if you're still unable to print:

 

  1. Check the printer paper if it's loaded correctly.
  2. Click the Start menu, then choose Control Panel.
  3. Double-click Hardware and sound or Printers and Faxes.
  4. If the printer shows Offline, right-click the printer and select Use Printer Online or Set as Default Printer.
  5. Open QuickBooks and try to print the ticket you created for your customer.
