Hello, i have added a standard user, and everytime the needs to receive invitation to be able to login, how to fix it?! thanks

I've got steps to help you fix your standard user's login issue, @h-ikhleif-organi.

First, let's check the Manage user page and make sure that the status of the standard user is Active. Once confirmed, the user will no longer ask to receive an invitation to be able to log in.

If the status is active and still needs to receive an invitation before login, you'll have to delete the user and then re-invite. Let me walk you through the steps:

Delete user

1. Go to Settings, then Manage Users. 
2. Find the user who has a login issue. Select the small arrow icon in the Action column.
3. Click Delete, then hit  Delete again in the confirmation window.

Re-invite user 

1. Select Settings, then Manage Users.
2. Choose Add user.
3. Pick Standard user. More options will appear on the screen depending on the user type you select.
4. Enter your user’s name and email address, then click Save.

If not active, you have to let them accept the invitation using a private browser. This may be a browser-related problem and accessing sites using private mode prevents storing cache and cookies that might cause problems when running Intuit sites.

Here's how to use a private browser:

• Google Chrome: Hold Ctrl + Shift + N 
• Safari: Press Command + Shift + N
• Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox: Hit Ctrl + Shift + P
