I will share how it works in QuickBooks Online, Social-ofinet-co.

You're unable to change the quote label. However, you can change the system's language. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and settings.
  3. Go to the Advanced tab.
  4. Click the Pencil icon in the Language section.
  5. Click the Language drop-down arrow, then select EspaÑol.
  6. Hit Save, then Done.

It will change the whole program's language, including the quote's labels.

Let me add the article on how to customize sales forms as a future reference: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
