Hello I would Like to add my other Company's Login to my other company's User ID so that I dont do Multiple Logins

I'd be glad to help you manage your company login in QuickBooks Online.

 

You can change the use one user log in with multiple companies in QuickBooks Online by creating the other User ID as an admin and changing it to the Master admin. Here's how to do that:

 

  1. Login to the QuickBooks company you would like to permanently use its user ID.
  2. Invite the other user ID or email to your company as a Company Admin by navigating to the Settings. This is how it looks like:
