Hello there, dareem-mohamed71.

Thank you for continuing to use QuickBooks Online.

There are possible reasons why this happens, it's you created or subscribe to a new account.

If you had subscribed to your paid service in the web browser, you can export your data from the trial account, then import it to the new account, Or you can cancel the new product that you subscribe to and repurchase the QuickBooks Online from your QuickBooks Online trial that expires.

Let me show you how to cancel QuickBooks Online account:

  1. Sign in as an Admin to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select the Gear icon, and choose Account and Settings.
  3. Click Billing and Subscription.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel (paid subscription) or Cancel Trial (if you’re using a trial).
  5. Select Continue to Cancel, then Continue to Cancel again.

Finally, answer the exit survey questions (to help us make QuickBooks better), then scroll down and select Confirm Cancel.

Once done you can now pay a subscription through your trial account so your data are still available in your account.

Here's how:

  1. From your QuickBooks trial account, go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Accounts and Settings.
  3. Tap on Billing & Subscription at the left pane.
  4. Choose the QuickBooks plan, then Subscribe.

We can also use the Export data feature to export reports/lists and non-posting transactions /attachments in your account. This allows you to download the data entered into your file to your local hard drive. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon on the top menu.
  2. Choose Export data.
  3. In the Reports tab, select the date range and choose the report you want to export.
  4. Click Export to Excel.
  5. Then, go to the Lists tab and select CustomersEmployees, and Suppliers, then tick Export to Excel.

Let me know if you have additional concerns about managing your account and subscriptions. I'm one post away. Have a good one.
