Hello , My monthly subscription is supposed to be 5 dollars and I paid the first month then I got charged 32 dollars for no reason and now is asking me for renewal

If you have to open a new QBO account, make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to a few months. If you purchase from the Trial account or upgrade/downgrade you plan, you have to pay the regular rate.
