If this is referring to your bank connection in QuickBooks Online (QBO), these are the possible reasons:

• The bank is performing system maintenance. 
• There are notifications from their website that need your attention. 

To fix this, let's manually update your bank account.

1. Go to Banking from the left menu. 
2. Select the blue tile for the bank account.
3. Click Update.

If the update doesn't work, I recommend signing in to their website to check if there are alerts that need your attention. Once everything looks good, perform another manual update.

You can also update your bank info if you make changes to their website. For the detailed instructions, see this article's Steps 1 - 2: What To Do If You See A Bank Error Or Transactions Won't Download. 

Once done, you can categorise and match the transactions to the existing entries in the program. Doing so will help ensure your financial records are accurate. 

If this is referring to your subscription payment using your bank account, the card on file may be out of date, invalid, or the card issuer may have declined it. To help fix this, you'll have to update your billing info. It can take up to 24 hours to activate your account. If the issue persists, I recommend reviewing its details by going to this article's Step 2. 

Aside from the card info, you can update the other details, such as company type. You can also view your payment history from the Billing & Subscription tab.

They can securely access your account and help resolve your "bank account" issue timely. I'll guide you how. 

1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.

4. Click Let's talk. 
5. Select Start a chat. 
6. Enter your contact info and further details about your concern on the pre-chat window. 
7. Click Submit.
