Unfortunately Support won't bother to call you. Your time is up and your best option now is to use the exporter tool to export CoA , Lists and Transactions to CSV files.

Then you may consider to purchase a 3rd party service to convert your data to Zoho Books next week.

While there isn't an option to export data directly from QBO to Zoho, you can manually export your data in QBO and import it to Zoho.

I understand that you need help with transferring your company data to Zoho, and it's sad that you're leaving QuickBooks. However, I respect your decision and want to provide options to help move your data.

 

Please know that we can't directly connect QuickBooks to Zoho, so I recommend looking for third-party apps that can do this for you.

 

  1. Open QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to Apps on the left navigation bar.
  3. Use keywords to search for an app that you can use to move your data.

 

On the other hand, you can export lists and reports to Excel, which can be another option if Zoho is able to import data using Excel files. Please refer to this article: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.
