Hello.We are running a Transportation company.We need to reflect hsn code inevery bill.How to activate?

To reflect HSN code in every bill/invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO), all you need to do is to add it to a new or existing product. Please refer to the steps below.

For add HSN codes in QuickBooks for new products, here's how:

1. In QBO, go to the Sales menu at the left pane to get to the Product and Services page.
2. Tick the New option at the top right, then pick  Inventory, Service, Non-inventory, or Bundle. 
3. Enter the necessary information including the HSN code in the desired fields.
4. Hit Save and close to complete. 

For existing products:

1. In the Product and Services page, click Edit on the specific product under the Action column. 
2. Add the HSN/SAC code, then select Save and close.
