Hello. We are trying to upgrade our subscription and it says a different price when selecting the plan, and when it is time to pay the price is much greater. Any ideas?

Hello there, konstantin. I'll share details about the subscription price change when you upgrade your current QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription.

 

The discounts or promotions applied when you first purchase the subscription will no longer be applicable once you upgrade to a higher-tier edition of QBO. The price displayed on the selection page for your desired subscription also encompasses the taxes associated with the purchase. I recommend checking the billing breakdown to confirm why the overall price changed.
