You can go to the Billing and Subscription page to cancel your account. If you want to cancel a subscription or trial bought online directly from Intuit, you can follow these steps:

1. Open a web browser on your computer. (Not a mobile device).
2. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company as an admin user.
3. Click on the Gear icon.
4. Select Account and settings.
5. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
6. Select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. Select Cancel trial for trial version.
7. Follow the onscreen steps.

In addition, you cancel your subscription right away. Don't worry, we also hang on to your data for one year. This way, you can pick up where you left off if you decide to come back. We delete the data after that.
