In the meantime, you can perform some basic troubleshooting steps. Let's start by accessing your QBO account via an incognito window or private browser to abstain from storing cache files that cause odd behaviour when running a web-based program.

 

Check out the shortcut keys below: 

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

Afterward, delete and add the payment method there. Once this works, you can clear the cache of your default browser to remove outdated data files. 

 

Also, you can utilize another supporter browser or device if the one you're currently using doesn't work because it has a temporary issue with the program.
