Hi am unable to access one of my companies on QB online. It appears under active companies but when i click the link, i get an error message. What could be the problem?

May I know what specific error message you're getting when accessing one of your companies in QuickBooks Online (QBO)? Any additional information will help me provide the best resolution for your concern.

 

In the meantime, try signing into your QBO using a private browser (incognito). This will help us check if the browser is already full of frequently accessed pages, causing this odd behavior.

 

Here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

 

If you're able to access the other company using incognito, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
