Hi there, thegirls.

Let me assist you regarding the error you encountered with the QuickBooks Online App for Desktop.

There are a few steps we need to perform that can help us in fixing this issue. First, you'll have log out to and log back in. Under the QuickBooks menu, click Sign Out.

If the same thing happens, we'll reset it instead. Click the Help menu, and then choose Reset App Data. Our last resort will be uninstalling and reinstalling it.

Also, we can always use a browser in accessing QuickBooks Online. I suggest Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari, then simply go to qbo.intuit.com.

For more details about the app, please check this link: QuickBooks App for Windows and Mac: General support.

I'll be here if you need more help. Stay safe!
