Hi Guys I am starting to use quick books for my current accounting and later plan to move to more high level ERPcan i then keep quick book without paying to view data .

Yes, you can keep QuickBooks without paying to view data. This is possible for up to a year after you cancel your subscription and move to a high-level ERP. Just ensure to export all your business data out of the system before you unsubscribe to QuickBooks Online (QBO) to keep a copy. And at the same time, you'll have read-only access to your QBO data.

 

Once it exceeds a year, your QuickBooks Online company will be deleted automatically. You can reference this article for more details: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial.
