Hi! How can I pay my subscription bill?

I need to pay our subscription renewal manually, because it couldn’t be processed when the system did it, as we had an inconvenience with our credit card.

Hi there, @34043178.

 

You need a credit or debit card to pay for your QuickBooks Online subscriptions. Accepted cards include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

 

The option to pay it manually is unavailable. Therefore, you'll need to use another credit or debit card to settle your bill. 

 

If you need to change your payment info, simply follow these steps:

 

  1. Sign in as a primary or company admin.
  2. Go to Settings and select Account and settings.
  3. Click the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. Select Edit ✏️ next to your payment method.
  5. Update your NetBanking info.
  6. Review your address. It must match your NetBanking details.
  7. When you're done, click Confirm card or Save.
