Let's resolve this odd behavior to ensure you can cancel your QuickBooks Online trial. 

 

You may be experiencing some data issues at the time you cancel the account. With that, let's perform some steps to resolve the issue. To start with, log into your account through an incognito window. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Control Option P

 

If it works, you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. Piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected issues on the opened pages. You can also opt to use a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
