Hi, I am trying to resub scribe the QBO subscription but it is not working. Please assist me on this.

Let's run some steps so we can continue to re-subscribe your account, rajbeer-singh.

 

To start with, let's re-subscribe on a private window. It is where we can identify any browser-related issues on the opened pages. I've added these keyboard keys to open one:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

If you're able to re-subscribe, we can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. Once caches are piled up, it can cause any unexpected behavior on the opened pages.

 

We can also use a different QuickBooks-supported browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
