Hi, I am updating the payment method with new credit card but I am getting error 81624. Could you please help me update the payment method? Thank you, Rizwana

I'd like to help and make sure you can update those billing information.

 

These are possible reasons why you encounter an error message when paying your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription: 

 

  • The card is over the limit or has expired.
  • Invalid account number.
  • It has been listed as a lost or stolen card.
  • Bank won't authorize the card electronically.

 

To resolve this, make sure you enter the correct Credit or Debit card number on the payment information window. Also, make sure there are no special characters on the Billing Address such as hyphens, commas, and periods.
