Hi, I can not reset my Password? Articles here tell people to click "I lost my User ID or Password" link but i can not see that link on the login page

I entered my email and as well entered the code but get.. but get a further verification note with no options..

To start with, let's get you through the Create your new password page:

 

  1. Go to our sign-in help page.


     
  2. Enter the phone number, email address, or user ID for your account.
  3. In your email address, we’ll send you a verification code. 
  4. Enter the verification code. We may ask you for a little more info to make sure it's really you. This includes questions about you without options, you just have to enter the information.
  5. When prompted, reset your password.

 

You can always refer to this article for more information and to know how to recover an Intuit Account depending on the situation: Recover your Intuit Account if you can't sign in.

 

After successfully logging in, feel free to read this useful article I've included in case you wish to change your business information: Change your company name, contact info, or Business ID No in QuickBooks Online.

Hi, After step 4. Enter Verification code. The image attached here is what i get.. Click "learn More" under "Choose how you want to verify your identity. " takes me to Why are you asking for my personal info? | IRS Free File Program delivered by TurboTax (intuit.com)  There no verification question or reset password link.

Hi there, @Franco11_2. I'm here to help you access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. 

 

Since you're unable to proceed to Step 4 of resetting password, we'll now have to reach out to our Phone support team to help you recover your account. They use specific tools to pull it up in the secure place and assist you with the process. 

 

Once everything is fine, attempt to sign in to your account again.

Also, you can set up the 2-steps verification process to enhance the security of your account. This is also helpful in resetting your password in the future. Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your Intuit account and select Sign in & security.
  2. Next, in the 2-step verification section, click Turn on.
  3. Select Set up and make sure your phone number is correct, then select how you want to verify your account.
  4. Then, click Continue.
  5. Input the code, then select Continue.
  6. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.
