The last thing I want is for you to pay your monthly subscription twice. That being said, let me guide you to our customer care team so we can verify the charges you've received.

 

Since the Community space is a public forum, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to look up your account securely. Also, a specialist can share some information about your bill.

 

Here's how to contact us:

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Select Contact US on the pop-up.
  3. Enter your question in the How can we help? field and choose Let's talk.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Chat
    • Email as
  5. Enter your contact information.

Our representatives are available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

Hello,

 

Usually our monthly subscription for QuickBooks is $15.50; this time we were charged $31; Could you please revert on this please rather taking me through going un necessary steps. There is no chat option on your portal; no contact! 

Kindly check my billing history and revert please..

Your discounted period is expired and you have to pay the regular rate now. If you wish to keep the lower price, you will need another effort. Utilize the 3rd party tool to migrate your data between QBO accounts.
