Hi, I lost the password for my account also contact number which we updated not in use. i want to change password. please help me

I have a way on how you can recover your account, velvetycouturedu.

 

Instead of using the phone number, you can enter the email address associated with your account by following these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Sign in page and click the I forgot my user ID and Password link.
  2. In the Get help signing in to QuickBooks page, enter your email address.
  3. Select Continue. An email on how to reset your password will be sent to your email address.

If you're locked out of your account, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They can help you reset the password.

 

Here are the steps:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online account, go to the Help > Assistant.
  2. Type Talk to a human and proceed with I still need a human.
  3. Click the Contact us link.
  4. Select either Messaging or Callback.
