Issues with billing can best be handle by our QuickBooks Care Support. Aside from having the necessary tools to look into your account, pulling it up in a secure environment is important. They can provide complete information and answer your billing questions.

 

Here's how you can reach us:

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Click Let’s talk.
  5. Choose Get a callback
  6. Type in your contact info.
  7. Select Confirm my call.

Otherwise, you can also reach out to our Chart Support. Here's how:

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Click Contact Us.
