Hi I’m was in middle getting help from real human person export data to import date her name  Askley was her name left me by disconnecting on the phone. We did not complete all the transfer. I am sick and frustrated with quick book help. I need help ASAP to file my taxes. 
fFor  one month , quick book staff couldn’t downgrade the plan and keep getting message error and quick book. Keep telling me it investigates to fix the error. This non sense with quick book. I need some to refund me that I got charge for this transfer I’m putting a disputed with the bank to refund the debit took from my account.

Did you enable the multi currency feature and wish downgrading your account to QBO Simple Start now?

Another option:

Open your QBO account and click the Help (?) icon.
Choose Contact Us.
Enter a brief description of your situation in the What can we help you with? area, then click Let's talk.
You'll be presented with a few options for connecting with Intuit.
