Hi there, flyeastnepal.

Thank you for visiting the QuickBooks Community. I'll share details on how subscription works in QuickBooks. Also, I'll ensure you can create another company in QuickBooks.

You'll need to sign-up for a new QBO account to create another company because each company file is its own paid subscription. However, you access them with the same sign-in info. This lets you quickly switch between companies so you can manage everything more efficiently.

To start with, you have to visit the QuickBooks pricing page and select the subscription option you want. If you're signed in to QuickBooks, you’ll be asked to verify the account you want to sign in with. If the account displayed is the one you want to use for the new company file, select Yes, that’s correct. If you haven’t signed in recently, you’ll be asked to create an Intuit account.

You may open this article to see extra details: Create or add another company file to QuickBooks Online. This also provides steps if you need help switching between two company files:

That should do it. Let me know if you need further assistance in creating a new company by leaving a comment below. I'm always glad to help in any way I can, flyeastnepal-gma. Have a great rest of the day.

If you are using the same tax id, use the class or location feature as a workaround.
