Good day, Mark222.

There are possible reasons why you can see different charges on your bank statement. One of those is that a discount has been expired and you were charged for the regular price. Another possible reason is that you accidentally created two accounts.

It's also possible that one of those two charges is only a pre-authorization and not an actual charge. You may check your bank statement again to verify it.

Also, you can reach out to our Customer Support Team so they can see and investigate your billing history. Also, they can verify if you really have more than one active accounts. Simply go to the Help button and enter Talk to a human.

If you really want to cancel your account, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. From the Billing and subscription tab, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  3. Select Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel again (if applicable).
  4. Click Submit and cancel subscription, then Got it.

You'll want to read this article about understanding your subscription rate.

Please post again if you need anything else. Wishing you all the best!
