Thanks for choosing QBO as your accounting provided. Let me share some information about updating the payment method for your subscription.

In QuickBooks, you can change your credit card information anytime. When performing this task, log in as the primary or company admin. These user types are the ones who can edit billing details.

Here's how:

1. Press the Gear icon at the top to choose Account and settings.
2. Click the Billing & Subscription menu on the left panel to show your account information.
3. In the Payment Method section, click the Pencil icon beside your credit card number.
4. This will take you to the Edit payment window.
5. From there, enter the new billing method.
6. Press Save to keep the changes.
