Hi my quickbooks account trial is over and now i already subscride and paid for using quickbooks but now it still says that the account still under trial ???

You have to pay your trial account with the regular rate to continue your work. If you click the Buy button, it will open a new blank QBO account, not pay your trial account.

Let's verify the status of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account through your Billing & Subscription menu. From there you can find the subscription details.

 

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin.
  2. Select the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  3. Go to Billing & Subscription, then check your plan details.

It's also possible that you have purchased a new account instead of paying the trial and logged in to your trial one. This can be the reason why you're still seeing a trial status. If so, you'll want to cancel the trial account.

Otherwise, you'll need to contact our QuickBooks Care Team to confirm the status of your subscription. Follow the steps below to reach them:

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Click Let’s talk.
  5. Choose Get a callback
  6. Type in your contact info.
  7. Select Confirm my call.
