We have streamlined the process of asking for help from our QuickBooks Online Care Team. Aside from posting your question in the Community, you can now get real-time assistance using the Messaging and the Get a callback option.

Here are the steps:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Click the Help menu.
3. Hit the Contact Us button.
4. Enter your brief concern in the box.
5. Hit Let's talk.
6. Select how you want to reach them.

For the new Help menu or QB Assistant:

1. On the QB Assistant window, type Talk to a human.
2. Select or type I still need a human.
3. Type it again until you see a shortcut to connect with a humans option.
4. Click the Contact us link and select how you want to reach them.
