I can help you in changing the email address of the Primary user in QBO. It's important to know that modifying the email address of the Primary admin user will not affect the email address linked to their Payroll account.

1. Select the Gear icon, then Manage Users.
2. Select your name, then Edit.
3. Make the necessary changes.
4. Select Save.
