Hi There, My trial as expired and when I tried to upgrade despite using the option to sign in with my credentials it created a new account. Please advise

Hello userseb,

 

You're unable to upgrade your QBO plan while it's still showing expired. You'll want to subscribe (reactivate it) first before having an option to upgrade it.

 

From what I'm getting, you chose a higher plan and then signed in using your Intuit account that's why it appeared that you were adding a new plan. This is not an upgrade process, but just the way of adding a new QBO subscription to your Intuit account.
