Question

Hi, Today i deleted a user and re-added him in QBO. he is getting the emails of invitation but that link is not working. i tried to change the browser, network and device

Tried to troubleshoot the issue but still there is no success. can anyone please tell me what could be the issue ?

I'm here to help you troubleshoot this issue and make sure your new user gets successfully invited to your account, Jawad.

 

If the user receives multiple invitations, let him click on the latest link, as older ones may not work anymore. 

 

Also, the user can open the email through a private window or any other supported browsers, as the cache may have caused this behavior. Here are the keyboard shortcuts to save time:

 

  • Google Chrome: Press CtrlShift N
  • Safari: Press Command Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CtrlShift P

 

If it works fine, return to your default browser and clear the cache to refresh the system. 

 

If the user encounters the same issue, can you share the specific error message he received? It'll allow me to gather my resources more effectively. You may also contact support to investigate this further.
