Hi, We were paying 2500/year why is the subscription is too much this time.

I can share some reasons why the rate seems higher, Haneef.

 

It can be the promotional discount has expired and now you're billed with the regular subscription price. Or, sales tax is added to the base rate. 

 

I suggest reaching out to our customer care support so an agent can take a better look at your account. Here's how:

  1. Click Help inside QuickBooks Online.
  2. Enter "I need a human" in the Type something field.
  3. Select Contact Support Team.
  4. Enter "Verify subscription rate" in the Type something field.
  5. Click No, I still need help.
  6. Select Contact Support Team.
  7. Click Chat.
