Hi, while i was trying to pay monthly subscription for Quickbooks plus - it is showing error message of Recurring not supported in this card. Tried using many cards

Our engineers are currently looking into the root cause of the error you're prompted when renewing your subscription. I'd recommend reaching out to us so we can add you to the list of affected users. You'll get notifications and a permanent fix via email. 

 

Here's how to contact us:

 

  1. At the upper-right, click Help.
  2. Type and enter talk to a human twice.
  3. Click Contact Support Team.
  4. Select chat to get in touch with us.

Once you're able to renew your subscription, you'll want to use this link for more details in updating your billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.
