Hello, @florencelim-aglo.

I'll outline some handy details about the custom form style feature in QuickBooks Online.

If you want to revert your template, we can change your default template to represent all your forms. Here's how you can change the default custom template:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then select Custom form styles.
  2. Find your template.
  3. Tick the dropdown ▼ in the Action column.
  4. Select Make default. You'll see (default) displayed by the default template name.

However, we're creating a backup for this isn't possible. Thus, we can only change the template used for your created invoice. You'll have to edit it and modify it. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Sales menu and choose an invoice from the Invoices section.
  2. Click Edit, then tick Customise from the invoice page.
  3. Choose the template.
  4. Hit Save once done.

You can read through this resource to personalise and add specific information to your sales forms: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

If you want to learn how to upload, edit, or delete logos from your invoices, estimates, or sales receipts in QBO, this article can give you more insights: Add, customise, or remove logos on sales forms.
