Hi there, @unique solution.

We're sorry to see you go. If QuickBooks Online isn't the right fit for you, then I'll help cancel your subscription.

If you're using the web version of QuickBooks, follow these steps to cancel your account.

  1. Open a web browser on your computer, not a mobile device.
  2. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
  3. Select Settings ⚙ and click Account and settings.
  4. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  5. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're canceling a trial, click Cancel trial.
  6. Follow the onscreen steps.

If you don't see the Billing and Subscription tab, then you bought QuickBooks through a mobile app store. See the steps for your device in this article: Cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

In case you find trouble canceling your subscription, try opening QuickBooks in a private window. There might be too much cache build-up in your current browser that's causing this behavior. Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

If you're able to successfully cancel your subscription, clear the cache from your regular browser. Alternatively, you can use another supported browser if the issue persists.

Once your account is canceled, your data will be available in read-only access for 1 year from the date of cancellation.
