How can I cancel QuickBooks subscription? I keep trying to cancel it online but it’s not possible. Over 6 months my card is debuted for a service I don’t use.

Hi @info-tinauae-com,

 

You'll want to make sure you're logging in as the QuickBooks Admin to cancel your subscription. Here's how.

 

  1. Sign in as QuickBooks Admin.
  2. Go to Gear and then Company and Settings.
  3. Select the Billing and subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  5. Select Continue to cancel, then follow the next steps.
  6. Hit Submit and cancel subscription. Then, click Got it.

You can still access your account within a year, so you can print your forms and reports you might need in the future. If you're still unable to cancel, please contact our Customer Care Support.
