How can i refund my QBO subscription ?

i need to go Desktop version thats why i need to refund my QBO subscription.

You'll need to cancel the account first, wagan.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Accounts and Settings.
  3. Click the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel.
  5. Follow the steps on the screen to cancel your subscription.

Once done, an email confirmation will be sent. Also, we'll hold on to your account for a year. I recommend printing or exporting forms and reports for future use. Check this article on how to export: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1779266.

 

You'll need to contact our QuickBooks support to check what they can offer about the refund. Here's how:

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter request for refund, then click Let's talk.
  4. Select Start an email.

I need to get an refund of my subscription i never order it and my card was charge 530

I can help you in managing your subscription, @Espe207.

 

You'll have to cancel your account to avoid further charges and then contact our Customer Support to request a refund.

 

To cancel the account, you can follow the steps provided by KlentB above. You can do it from the Gear icon and then go to the Billing & Subscription tab. You can read this article for more information: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.

 

Once done, you can now reach our Customer Support. They have the tools to get into your account in a secure environment and process this refund request.

Hi 

 

Please can you delete the GMR account I have no idea how to. We have two accounts for some reason this is GMR and GMR Integrated Solutions. Please delete the GMR account.

 

We were also billed incorrectly for 20 profiles and not ten it appears pls advise how to rectify?

We can only cancel your other account so that you will not be billed for the subscription fee. I'll be glad to walk you through the steps in doing it.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear ⚙ icon.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel.
  5. Follow the steps on the screen to cancel your subscription.

For billed subscriptions, you can still view the records of the canceled account for a year.

 

For your billing concerns, I'd recommend reaching to our Customer Care Team. This way, they can pull up your account in a secure environment which we're unable to do here and verify the charges.

 

You can follow these steps to connect to live support agent:

  1. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  2. Click the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern.
  4. Hit Let's talk.
  5. Select Start an email or Start a chat.
