How can I renew my subscription due to the Brexit issues?

I've got information to share on what are the ways that you can do to renew your subscription for QuickBooks Online.

 

You have the option to use another card to renew your subscription. Know that the system accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, or American Express. 

 

Here's how you can update your billing details in the system: 

  1. Sign in as the Master or Company Admin.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙, then select Account and Settings.
  3. From the left menu, select Billing Subscription.
  4. Select Edit ✎ beside your payment method.
  5. Update your credit card info.
  6. Make sure the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
  7. Once everything’s good, select Confirm card or Save.

However, if you don't have any other available card, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to check on your account and assist you with updating your billing details.

 

To reach them:

  1. Click on Help at the top menu bar.
  2. Hit on the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter a brief description of the issue in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. Press on Let's talk.
  5. Select on Get a callback.
  6. Key in your contact details, then tap on Confirm my call.
