How can i transfer my subscription for a blank company created by mistake while renewing subscribtion from a trial to my main QuickBooks account where my company data is?
I received an email that the payment was successful but noticed a new Company ID which I found odd. I also subscribed for the plan before the expiration of my trial via QuickBooks website. The new company created by mistake has not been used by I and my team and we cannot work with our main QuickBooks account as it keeps prompting us to subscribe.
Please I need help asap as the frustration is getting out of hand and our subscription is running in that blank company created for nothing.
