How do I add viewing rights in Simple Start? The only options under manage users are for Master Admin and Accountant

It's my pleasure to have you here and be able to share some information about adding viewing right in QuickBooks Simple Start plan.

For the Simple Start plan, we're unable to invite another user due to the billable user limit. I encourage you to check out this article where we can get further details about it. In your case, we can upgrade your book to the Essential or Plus version. This way, you'll be able to invite another user to your book.

Let me guide you where you can do it. Here's how:

1. Log in to your QBO account.
2. Go to the Gear icon.
3. Click Account and Settings under Your Company.
4. Select Billing & Subscription on the left side.
5. Click Upgrade your plan.
6. Choose what plan you want to upgrade.
