Hi there, @cmugo31.

You can clear this error by updating your bank information or use an alternative payment card. Also, you may need to ensure that your billing information is matched with the bank records.

After you've verified the bank details or tried another payment card and if you can still see the same error, I'd suggest using an incognito browser. This determines if it's a data-related issue.

If you're able to update your payment information after that, you can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This is done to refresh the outdated data stored. An alternative way is to use another supported browser.

Here are the shortcuts keys to open a private browser:

  • Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Hold down + Option + P

You can refer to this article for more information on how to make changes with your billing details: Update your billing and subscription info in QuickBooks Online. This also contains sub-articles such as changing your billing cycle and manage your subscription.

Please don't hesitate to tag my name in the comment section below if you have other questions or concerns. I'd be happy to assist you further. Take care always.
