How do I completely delete a company? I don't want to just purge data or start over, I want it gone from the list of companies whenever I try to log-in. Thank you

Hi there Karklen. I'm here to help you with deleting the unwanted companies from your account.

At this time, you'll only be able to purge or cancel a company in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Cancelled companies will be visible when logging in to QuickBooks until the scheduled deletion. 

If you want to delete the companies from your record as soon as possible, I would recommend reaching out to our Support Team for further assistance. A live representative has extra tools to perform the process and pull up your account in a secure environment.

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Go to the Help menu, then go to the QB Assistant.
3. Enter a short description of your concern.
4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
5. Choose a way to connect with support.
